What You’ll Do
Fabricate and weld custom trailers using TIG and MIG processes
Interpret measurements and maintain tight tolerances
Operate shop equipment including grinders, band saws, and cold saws
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and budgets
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
2+ years welding/fabrication experience preferred (not required)
TIG and MIG welding ability
Ability to read tape measures and work to precise tolerances
Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Valid driver’s license
Reliable team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Schedule
Full-time — 40 hours/week
Monday–Thursday
Overtime available and paid at time-and-a-half
